How the calculation works

Concentration = peptide (mg) ÷ water (mL). Your syringe draw is the desired dose divided by that concentration, converted to insulin-syringe units (100 units = 1 mL). Doses per vial is simply the total peptide divided by your dose size.

Tip: adding more bacteriostatic water doesn't change the strength of a dose — it just makes each draw larger and easier to measure precisely. For small doses, use more water for better accuracy.
